Field Guide: Plants of the Middle Rio Grande Bosque

Yerba Mansa arching CottonwoodCreated by our community’s kids, this collection of plant photographs and research represents the work of numerous organizations and individuals coming together to produce an invaluable resource for anyone wishing to learn more about the plants of the Middle Rio Grande Bosque.  This field guide is an ongoing project and was created using the iNaturalist platform.  It is available for free and can be accessed on your computer, cell phone, or any other mobile device while in the field.  For best functionality on the go, cell phone users will need to download the free iNaturalist mobile app available for Android and iPhones.  Frequent users can download the entire guide, avoiding the need for internet service. (Be aware that downloaded guides will not be automatically updated as new entries are added or updated.) This project is coordinated by Albuquerque Herbalism as part of the Yerba Mansa Project
