Harvesting the Wild: A Fermentation Tour
COVID Information: We are planning for an in-person session. We are hopeful the pandemic will subside by this time but some precautions may still be required. We will update this information over the winter. (Please note: The class date is too far away to know what the pandemic cirumstances will be at this time. We hope COVID will not be a serious concern but masks could be required for all participants or, if conditions worsen, the class could be livestreamed. We hope neither will be necessary but must acknowledge the possibility.)
