Are you a fermentation enthusiast? Would you like to be? Looking for a fermentation community? Come join us for this fun, functional and inspiring class.

We will cover a tour of fermentation basics. This includes using wild herbs to make your own homemade, sparkling and fermented beverages. Learn an exciting way to make leavened bread and a delicious fermented spread made from nuts and seeds. Even acorns. Learn about the microbiome, fermentation methods and trends. Gain fermentation skills and build your connection to the wild that will last a lifetime. Take home samples of products made in class.
